Once you have contacted us about surrendering your cat, we will take the time to understand your circumstances and gather some information about your cat, including their age, temperament, health, history and any specific needs they may have. We will talk you through the surrender process, answer any questions you may have and discuss the options available.

If we are able to offer your cat a place in our care, we will arrange a suitable time for them to come to us and explain what you will need to bring along. We understand that making the decision to surrender a beloved pet can be incredibly difficult, so we aim to make the process as supportive, understanding and stress-free as possible for both you and your cat, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.
